About the Job

Vaughan Chrysler is seeking Sales Consultants to join our growing team! The right candidate will be encircled by over 40 years of experience, under 15 premium dealerships offering the most extensive selection of luxury, sport and quality automobiles in the local area.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning product lineup
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid OMVIC License
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check (any offer of employment is conditional based on the applicant presenting a clear background check)
  • Automotive sales is an asset but not required

Vaughan Chrysler is seeking an experienced Chrysler Parts Consultant to join our growing team! The right candidate will be encircled by over 40 years of experience, under 15 premium dealerships offering the most extensive selection of luxury, sport and quality automobiles in the local area.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need;
  • Handle outside phone calls from customers and wholesale shops;
  • Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts;
  • Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date;
  • Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate;
  • Demonstrates behaviour consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Must have Chrysler experience
  • Ability to use parts department computer system (preferably strong knowledge of CDK)
  • High School Diploma (minimum education level)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Three or more years related experience in an automotive dealership position

Subaru Sales Specialist

Subaru of Maple is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Consultant/Subaru Sales Specialists to join our team!

Must possess valid OMVIC license.

The Role:

  • Selling Subaru vehicles to new and existing customers.
  • Customer relationship management / Database monitoring & updates.
  • Customer appointments, demonstrations, and test driving
  • Subaru marketing and management of promotional events.
  • Appraisal of customer’s existing cars and arranging trade-ins
  • Formal hand over of cars to customers and post-delivery follow-up

Requirements:

  • Hold a current full clean driving license
  • Possess valid OMVIC license
  • Be highly motivated and self-driven to achieve sales targets
  • Have the ability to work on own initiative and generate significant sales revenue
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Have the ability to close out deals
  • Previous experience in the motor trade is desirable but not essential
