Position Objective

  • Welcome and greet all visitors in a polite and courteous manner, determine nature of visit, and direct visitors to specific personnel or destination

Position Objective

  • Serve as the organization’s representative in all activities connected with the financing of new and used vehicles and related products and services to customers, and for the sales of aftermarket products and services (dealing specifically with subprime clients)

Responsibilities may include:

  • Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders as dispatched.
  • Performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
  • Providing labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
  • Performing high quality and efficient repair services for various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning in accordance with Factory standards.

  • Ability to train, motivate, and manage a sales staff;
  • Solid and effective sales and administration expertise;
  • Knowledge of marketing and finance;
  • Solid organization and multi-tasking capabilities;
  • Sound decision-making ability;
